The Annual General Meeting of B2Holding ASA (OSE:B2H)will be held on Thursday,
25 May 2023 at 09:00 am (CEST).The Notice of Annual General Meeting is attached.
The Annual General Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting.
The Board requests shareholders to use the possibility of casting advance votes
or voting by proxy or by virtual attendance. Guide for virtual attendance is set
out in Appendix to the Notice.
The Notice is posted electronically or by mail to all shareholders and are
available on the Company's website www.b2holding.no.
