Size of the buy-back programme: Up to 13,000,000 shares, but maximum total
consideration: NOK 110,000,000.
From 18 July until 22 July 2022, B2Holding ASA purchased a total of 420,777 own
shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 9.02 per share.
