B2Holding ASA: Successfully extended Tap Issue

B2Holding ASA has successfully extended the latest tap issue with EUR 20 million 
in their outstanding senior unsecured bonds due 22 September 2026 (ISIN: 
NO0012704107). The total outstanding amount after the latest transaction is EUR 
300 million. The extended tap was issued at a price of 99.25% of par.  
 
DNB Markets and Nordea acted as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners and 
Sparebank 1 Markets acted as Co-Manager for the bond issue.
