B2Holding: Annual report 2022

The Board of Directors of B2Holding ASA has on 27 April 2023 approved the Annual
report for 2022. There are no material adjustments in the final accounts
compared with the preliminary financial statements published on 15 February
2023.
The Annual Report 2022 is attached to this notice and is also available on the
company's website, www.b2holding.no.
The report is also available in the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF).
Furthermore, B2Holding publishes its remuneration report on leading personnel in
compliance with section 6-16b of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability
Companies Act.
